Acceptance of Terms. By using https://jacksonhomerestoration.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Service Description. This Site describes Roofing Services, Painting Services, Siding Repair, Gutter Repair, Sheetrock Installation provided by MidSouth Roofing. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://jacksonhomerestoration.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MidSouth Roofing or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. MidSouth Roofing reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MidSouth Roofing makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, MidSouth Roofing's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MidSouth Roofing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Choice of Law. TN law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TN, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
